How can I help you?

I use a documentary style in my work. I like to conduct interviews and capture a sense of the action as it unfolds. I often work independently to complete a project, but I also enjoy bringing on board crew members where a project requires a team approach.

Read below to find out how the documentary style could be applied to your project or get in touch to discuss your idea.

Rowenna Baldwin conducting an interview

Showcase your research

Communicate the findings of your research to a new audience with a documentary.

Using interviews interwoven with graphics and other visual elements, your research can leap off the page, allowing you to disseminate your research in different ways and reach people who wouldn’t normally be able to access your findings.

The film can be used to document how your research was conducted or can be used as a way of gathering evidence of research impact.

My background in academic research means that I understand fully the importance of ethics so you can be assured that all filming will be conducted in a way that upholds those standards.

Highlight an issue

Using film can be a really dynamic way of sharing information about a topic, spreading a positive message, or bringing about change.

Whether you’re really proud of an initiative happening in your local area or hoping to promote greater awareness of a wider issue, I can work alongside you or your organisation to tell that story.

This could take the form of a short video for social media or a longer project that you’d like to share with stakeholders, government bodies, or the general public as part of an awareness campaign.

Promote your business

Whether you have an established business or you’re setting up a new one, you can tell the story of your company using film.

Professionally filmed interviews can be a great way of communicating what your brand is about and introducing your clients to the people who work behind the scenes.

Interviews can be mixed with client testimonials, snapshots of daily life at your company, and other visually interesting elements to really give your clients insight into who you are and what you can offer them.

With today’s huge demand for video content, you don’t have to be Harrods to have your own documentary!
